Terms of Service
1. Provision of Production Services
These Terms of Service govern the provision of creative production services, including but not limited to video production, podcast recording, editing, post-production, and related media deliverables provided by Still Voice Productions, LLC. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that timelines, outcomes, and distribution performance can vary based on scope, approvals, and third-party platforms. Still Voice Productions, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality work in accordance with agreed project terms.
2. Project Timelines and Execution
Still Voice Productions, LLC operates on documented scopes, milestones, and delivery schedules. The client agrees to provide required access, materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client communication, unavailable stakeholders, or late asset submission may extend timelines proportionally.
3. Financial Terms and Service Fees
Client agrees to pay Still Voice Productions, LLC the fees outlined in the applicable proposal, estimate, or service agreement. Payments apply to planning, production, editing, and related deliverables as defined in project scope. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due according to agreed payment terms. Failure to remit payment may result in paused production activities and delayed release of final deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property and Creative Assets
Upon full payment of applicable fees, the client retains ownership rights to final deliverables as defined in the service agreement. Still Voice Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and production know-how. Unless prohibited by written agreement, Still Voice Productions, LLC may reference completed work in portfolios or case studies using non-confidential project information.
5. Termination of Services
Service duration and cancellation terms are governed by the active agreement between the client and Still Voice Productions, LLC. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing according to the stated notice period. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable, and final files are released upon settlement of outstanding balances.
